Job Description: - Inbound Technical Support.

Interface with Customers via Inbound calls for solving the technical issues over the calls.

Roles & Responsibilities: 

*Greet Customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures. 
*Clarify Customer requirements; probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or problem. 
*Support Customers across Telecommunication, Financial Services, Healthcare and Technology vertical.
*Troubleshoot customer`s issues related to active directory, server support.

Candidate Profile-

*Any Graduate Fresher OR Under-Graduate / drop out with 1 year of exp in server support and active directory. 
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
*Flexible with 24/7 Environment.
*25-30% hike on present salary.
