Brief Description of expected tasks: • Assist with maintaining IT Policies, procedures & related documentation • Collect compile & report IT KPIs • Collect compile & Report on IT Projects • Assist with ITD contracts renewals • Assist in implementation of ITIL processes Specifics of Skill Requirement (Versions) • High degree of skills in written communication in English • Skilled in usage of common MS Office tools (v2010 and above) • Basic knowledge of ITIL Additional Remarks: • Certification in ITIL, Project Management will be an added advantage
