Duties and Responsibilities:

Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display
advertising
Be responsible for quality leads generated through organic and paid social media promotions.
Handle ORM for all services and products across the entire group.
Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels
Design, build and maintain our social media presence
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI
and KPIs)
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels
and customer touch points.
Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
Identify and collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners in order to enhance the corporate
brand identity.
Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where
appropriate.
Servicing both internal and external customers by ensuring proper SOW is taken down and suggest
proper plan to attain their end goals.
Develop a website traffic plan and create goals and benchmarks to meet
Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices
Prepare and manage digital marketing budget
Oversee all the company's social media accounts
Research competition, investigate benchmarks and provide suggestions for improvement.
