Role & Responsibilties -
Coordinate the Vocational skills program for the youth.
Organize awareness program in the communities on Vocational skills.
Identify the youths and enroll them to the Vocational skills training
Monitor the skills training and job placement of the youth.
Co-ordinating with the staff and Trainees.
Regular follow up of trainees, counseling and Motivation
Conducting awareness programs at Community level.
Networking with other NGOs and Government Organizations.
Working towards to fulfill the objectives of the project.
